Flying to Fairmont, Minnesota was the most fun and I’m so glad I got to experience a Minnesota Wedding. Ya’ll they are wild..in the absolutely best way.

I loved meeting Christina and Brandon. They’re so meant for each other.

I walked in to the rehearsal fresh off the plane and 2 hour drive from Sioux Falls to Fairmont and immediatly we started the “say this” game because you know they thought it was hilarious that I say “ya’ll” ha! Their friends and family welcomed me with open arms. I had so much fun meeting everyone and glad I got to make the rehearsal since I had only had phone conversations with them until then.

Wedding day came and it was an all day..and night.. party. They really utilize the whole day at a Minnesota wedding lol. I didn’t even leave until midnight and they were still wanting to party. They seriously have Shreveport beat I think. I am so honored to have met everyone and partied the night away with those northerners. I hope I get to go back one day.

The day started with the prospect of rain but meh we went with it. Had a fake first look with Christina’s brother..super funny. Following the ceremony we stopped at a bar for a few drinks and fun pictures along with the tornado sirens going off and me freaking out as we drove through a crazy storm for 20 minutes to the reception venue. It was entertaining. Not scary at all…lol

also..dang Minnesota is GREEN! Just windmills, corn and pig farmers lol. Seriously I had the best time!

Sidenote..huge shout out to the amazing videographer/DJ duo. They were amazing and hopefully i get to work with them again one day as well.
